Do you only offer the services listed on this site?
We actually offer more services than those listed, but they are exclusive to contracted clients only. We offer things like logo design, e-commerce, brochure and business card design, great deals on printing, etc.
Why do you only offer those things to contracted clients?
Quite simply, they’re one-time services that are best suited to contracted clients so we can focus our energies on providing existing customers with our best and most attentive service, not focusing on selling the next one-hit service.
How do you know about my field and my business? How can you possibly do my marketing?
We are expert researchers and interviewers. We get to know your business and industry intimately, to YOUR satisfaction.
Do you really provide Social Marketing services 365 days a year?
Yes, really! We have mechanisms in place to allow us to function regardless of sickness, holiday or absence! The 365-day availability is limited to our Social Marketing services only, however.
Are advertising fees included in your service fee?
No, those are your responsibility. We manage your accounts for you to ensure that you get the most possible out of your campaigns online. You are responsible for paying these resources separately from our fees.
Are 3rd Party fees included in your service fee?
No, those are also your responsibility. We work within your account to manage and create programs on your behalf for our services. 3rd party fees may include e-newsletter services, contest utilities, management tools you request and things of the like. EVERYTHING that is outside of our fee structure is always reviewed and approved in advance. There will be NO surprises.
Can you help my Facebook Page get more fans?
Absolutely – our unique approach with social media marketing is ideally suited to this endeavor. There are tools we can offer you all for very low rates that help you marry your online and offline worlds together seamlessly.
Can you provide a list of references for your services?
Yes, and we would be very proud to put you in touch with our clients to ask them about us. We are very proud of our happy clientele and are pretty eager to show off their happiness with our work!
