Vacation Schedule 2010

Vision Advertising will be closed for vacation starting February 1, 2010, re-opening for business February 10th, 2010.  Existing clients will experience no lapse in service, however, contacting customer service will be via email only during this time frame.  Obviously, any emergencies can, and will, be addressed as necessary, by calling one of our cell numbers.  Please be aware that we will have limited access to the technology until we re-open, but we will make allowances ON AN EMERGENCY basis as needed, and/or on a case by case basis.
 
Any new business and/or incoming requests from existing customers should be sent via email, and will be responded to via email within a reasonable time frame.  Thank you for your loyal patronage!

Outgoing:

• We do not sell, rent or share the information provided to us under any circumstances
• Respect is vital. We do not put people on lists they don’t want to be in – all emails always include a way to opt-out  

 Incoming

• Regular monthly clients receive first priority response via phone & email generally within one business day
• Sporadic clients receive second priority response via phone & email generally within two business days
• Incoming opportunities are responded to after existing clients needs are met.  By email generally within one business day, and by phone generally within 3 business days.
