This Women’s History Month, the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) convened with legislative leaders, women entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders at the Massachusetts State House for the CWE Day on the Hill – Women Who Lift Up Massachusetts event! Vision’s own COO, Julia Becker Collins, was there with other women entrepreneurs to be honored with a Women Entrepreneurs Who Lift Up Massachusetts award, among other recognitions.
The CWE Women Entrepreneurs Who Lift Up Massachusetts Award
The CWE Women Entrepreneurs Who Lift Up Massachusetts is an award presented at CWE’s Day on the Hill event that recognizes women in business who significantly contribute to the state’s economy. Award winners have created jobs, fostered economic opportunities, increased the tax base, and made other impactful contributions that enhance Massachusetts as a great place to live and work.
Julia, in her role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Vision, has been a strong proponent of fostering workplace culture and servant leadership, providing marketing education and tools to fellow business owners and entrepreneurs, and building stronger connections between minority businesses and Massachusetts.
